Spring really is here

A couple of days ago I saw the first harbinger of spring in Alaska. No, I’m not talking about grey slushy puddles, even though we’ve been seeing that too. I’m talking about

pussy willows!

Have you ever seen the movie Serial Mom? To this day whenever I think pussy willow, I hear Kathleen Turner.
