Purely Whimsical

About a month or two ago, I noticed a lump on Ada’s tummy. It’s grown in size since then, so I decided to take her to the vet and make sure it was benign. From what I read on the internets, a lot of dogs get lumps like the one I saw as they age, it’s nothing to worry about.

But there’s that 10% of dogs that have cancerous lumps… so I figured I’d better get it checked out. It was in the right spot to be breast cancer and I’d rather not find out the hard way that it was something to worry about.

As it turns out it is a benign lump. Nothing to see here, move along folks. Which was a relief!
