Gluten Free Spritz Cookies

Today I thought I’d upload my extra special spritz cookie recipe. While I truly dislike making spritz cookies (does anyone else need to buy at least one cookie press a year?), I absolutely LOVE spritz cookies.

These cookies taste a little more like the shortbread cookies that come in tins around the end of the year than what I remember spritz taste like. They’re fresher tasting though, and extremely good.

tr3n1tyI really hope you like them! I had to make up this recipe when I first went gluten-free as there were no recipes available anywhere for spritz.

I was really surprised they actually turned out and are pretty darned good too.
